About

I’ve spent my career at the intersection of creativity and problem-solving. What began in graphic design and production has grown into a broader role helping organizations think more clearly about how their systems, messaging, and tools work together.

Over the years, I’ve led design initiatives, managed production environments, built and maintained websites, and supported teams through technology transitions. More recently, my work has expanded into AI-powered automation, CRM workflows, and internal systems designed to save time, reduce manual work, and bring structure to fast-moving organizations.

My approach to AI and automation is grounded and practical. Rather than chasing trends, I focus on how technology can support real people—clarifying communication, reinforcing consistency, and freeing teams to do their best work. This perspective comes from years of hands-on experience working with business owners, church leaders, technicians, creatives, and volunteers who need tools that work in the real world.

At the core of everything I do is systems thinking: understanding how design, process, and technology interact, and then improving those connections. Whether I’m refining a brand, streamlining a workflow, or implementing smarter digital tools, my goal is the same—build solutions that are clear, reliable, and genuinely helpful.

Core Strengths & Soft Skills

Systems Thinking

Seeing how people, process, and technology connect—and improving those connections.

How this shows up in my work:

I step back to understand the full system before making changes, identifying where small adjustments can reduce friction, improve clarity, or scale more effectively over time.

Clear Communication

Translating complex ideas into practical, understandable language.

How this shows up in my work:

I bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams by explaining tools, workflows, and decisions in a way that builds confidence and alignment.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Working comfortably across creative, technical, and leadership teams.

How this shows up in my work:

I adapt my communication style to the people involved, keeping projects moving while respecting different perspectives, constraints, and priorities.

Change Leadership

Guiding teams through new tools and processes with clarity and steadiness.

How this shows up in my work:

I focus on adoption and long-term sustainability, helping teams understand not just what is changing, but why—and how it benefits their work.

Practical Problem Solving

Finding solutions that work in real-world conditions.

How this shows up in my work:

I balance ideal outcomes with practical constraints like time, budget, and team capacity, prioritizing solutions that can actually be implemented and maintained.

Ownership & Accountability

Taking responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks.

How this shows up in my work:

I’m comfortable owning projects end-to-end, following through until systems are stable, clear, and delivering the intended results.

People-Centered Technology

Using technology to support people—not overwhelm them.

How this shows up in my work:

I design workflows and tools with real users in mind, prioritizing clarity, trust, and usability over complexity or novelty.

Adaptability

Learning quickly and adjusting as needs evolve.

How this shows up in my work:

I stay flexible as tools, priorities, or constraints change, while keeping focus on the underlying goals and outcomes.
